Auto Lights Are Back!

Automatic lights are back on the 1000x server. Lights will now turn off in the morning and on at night without the need of power. Auto lights do not require fuel or a power connection.
Applies to: Ceiling Light, Simple Light, Tuna Lamp, & Lanterns. Headgear also will remain using no fuel (Mining Hat, Candle Hat).
